A high altitude vineyard with an extreme climate: high altitude vines in the Jiloca Valley between 750 and 1000 meters above sea level. The climate is arid and dry and the vines are planted on slate soil slopes.
Tasting notes
A young wine, with a bright cherry colour, fruity and aromatic, with red fruit and aromatic herb notes. It is easy drinking, vivacious, full bodied and fresh.
Food pairing recommendations
Best drunk between 12ºC and 16ºC, it pairs well with barbecued meats, cold meats, creamy rice dishes and risottos, as well as oven baked fish dishes.
