Variety: 100% Macabeo
A high altitude vineyard with an extreme climate: high altitude vines in the Jiloca Valley between 750 and 1000 metres above sea level. The climate is arid and dry and the vines are planted on slate soil slopes.
Tasting notes: a young wine with a golden yellow colour, floral and spicy notes as well as pear and grapefruit aromas. On the palate it is full, silky and balanced, with a long finish.
Ideal pairings: Chill to between 6ºC and 10ºC and pair with appetizers, rice, grilled fish, sushi, ceviche and white meat.
