A unique high altitude vineyard with an extreme climate
Manual harvest of old vine Macabeo in the Jiloca Valley between 750 and 1000m above sea level, that lie between Zaragoza and Teruel.
Old vines on slate soil slopes, exposed to an arid and dry climate that, together with the high altitude, give the wines a unique freshness and natural acidity.
